To those that do not know me, I’m Andrei, home barista in the past 6 years, brew and slow coffee impassionate. On 9th Sfantul Constantin Street I’ve first turned on the espresso machine in May 2021, yet the idea of Perfect Simplu bloomed years before, somewhere in 2015, and grew together with my passion for coffee...
